Thank you for contacting the T-Mobile Privacy mailbox. We understand your concern regarding the recent reports of an intrusion into T-Mobile's system. We want to assure you that T-Mobile takes your privacy and security very seriously.

T-Mobile is fully aware of the situation and has closed the breach in security. In addition, we have taken preventative measures to ensure that all customer information remains secure. It is important to note that no financial information was accessed during this intrusion.

While T-Mobile did not communicate the incident to the general public, we did contact those customers who may have been affected. Thank you for contacting us with your concerns and if you have any other questions please feel free to contact us again.
