Here's a helpful tip: If your résumé claims that you're experienced in XHTML, DHTML, and JavaScript, you should probably be able to explain what DHTML is and how it differs from XHTML. Especially if your résumé includes the term "DHTML" eleven times. Also, you probably shouldn't mention in the interview that you don't actually know JavaScript and prefer to just "rip off other people's code".

Not to defend those that claim to have a skill set that they quite obviously do not posses, but I must suspect that you may just be a tough interviewer Berdick. Perhaps interviewee's are just intimidated when answering design questions coming from the king of design. All you need to do is check out www.bedrick.org and you will see that clearly erbdick is the king of design, aesthetics, and intuitive interface.
