Meh. It was either a joke or it wasn't. I wasn't there to see it, but David Poland and the Hollywood Reporter were. I'm not sure which source I trust more, but it's a lot easier for me to believe it wasn't a joke, for the plain and simple reason that George Lucas most certainly does not know good Star Wars when he sees it.
