Lo and behold, Verizon's FIOS availability checker finally approved of my address and sent me to an order form this morning! I've placed an order (over the phone, sadly, since the online form is only for residential orders) for business service, which will get me 5 static IPs and no port filtering. The install date is April 25th. Hooray!
