Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is the greatest game I’ve played this year. Maybe ever. It’s a masterpiece of game design. If ever there was a perfect game, this is it.

More later. Must…finish…game…

Update: Finished it. Definitely the best game ever.

Update #2: Shit. Now I’m bored.

I suppose you could throw a movie-watching party. :o)

So, what... you're saying it's the best game ever and it has no replayability? That right there knocks it down a peg or two in my book.

I didn't say that. I just said I stopped playing it and got bored. I started playing it over again this morning and -- gasp! -- stopped being bored.

Yes, very. You can also reverse time to undo mistakes you've made and freeze time to dispatch lots of enemies.

I wish I could do that in reallife.

I would dispatch so many enemies...

Not to mention the no-risk guarantee for picking up chicks. If she says no, just rewind time a few seconds and no one will ever know.

What?!? In my (pre-married) daydreams I never gave up the first time - it is better to use the rewind feature to try a different tact! Using it just to save face is so, like, lame... Also, I recommend "Replay" by Ken Grimwood - a cool book on a reasonably similar line of thought.

(Why does 'recommend' always look so wrong with only 1 'c'?)
