Yes, very. You can also reverse time to undo mistakes you've made and freeze time to dispatch lots of enemies.

I wish I could do that in reallife.

Not to mention the no-risk guarantee for picking up chicks. If she says no, just rewind time a few seconds and no one will ever know.

What?!? In my (pre-married) daydreams I never gave up the first time - it is better to use the rewind feature to try a different tact! Using it just to save face is so, like, lame... Also, I recommend "Replay" by Ken Grimwood - a cool book on a reasonably similar line of thought.
